1. Check-in & Check-out Policy: Check-in time is 02:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

   • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

   • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

2. Additional Guest Charges: ₹ 1,000/- per guest per night (inclusive of breakfast).

3. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor areas, including lobby, dining space, and enclosed public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guest convenience.

4. Alcohol Policy: Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. However, it is permitted in designated areas as advised by the management

5. Swimming Pool Usage Policy:

   • Pool Timings: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

   • The swimming pool is unattended and not monitored by a lifeguard.

   • Proper swimwear is mandatory; cotton clothing is not allowed.

   • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

   • Running, diving, and rough play are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

   • Management reserves the right to restrict access in case of non-compliance with safety norms.

6. Footwear Policy: To preserve the delicate and customized flooring, outdoor footwear is not permitted indoors. Hotel slippers will be provided upon request. For guest convenience, shoe racks are available near entry points for the safe keeping of footwear

7. Dress Code: Considering the resort’s leisure-oriented atmosphere and outdoor-focused activities, guests are encouraged to wear comfortable, casual attire with open footwear such as sandals. 

Additional Guest Services:

1. Complimentary Services: Breakfast, Common Swimming Pool, Tea/ Coffee Maker in Rooms, Wi-Fi, in-house speaker & microphone setup for private gatherings, and controlled access to the Animal Farm and estate’s lush green surroundings and its charms! Complimentary breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Early service requests will be accommodated where possible.

2. Dining Services: Homely, delicious meals available on a pre-order basis. Guests are requested to inform the team in advance regarding meal preferences and dietary restrictions.

3. Outdoor & Recreational Activities: Various outdoor venues are available for games, get-togethers, singing, and dance. Please contact the management for activity arrangements.

4. Event & Private Gatherings: The resort offers dedicated spaces for exclusive events and celebrations. Prior reservation is required.

5. Housekeeping & Laundry: Daily housekeeping is provided on request. Laundry services are available upon request and may be chargeable.

6. Transportation & Travel Assistance: The resort can assist in arranging local transportation and guided tours upon request. Charges may apply.

Liability Disclaimer:

1. The management shall not be liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

2. Guests using the swimming pool and other recreational facilities do so at their own risk. The resort will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from their use.

3. The resort will not be held responsible for any natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the stay.

4. Any damages caused to property, furniture, or fixtures due to guest negligence will be chargeable.

5. Guests are expected to follow resort policies and safety guidelines, and any violation result in denial of service without refund.
